I grabbed this because our side doorway has a bit of a gap, thanks to living in a 130+ year old home. We needed something solid that would help seal the gap, and this threshold is exactly what we were looking for.It is a little longer than our door width, but I bought it that way on purpose since it is always better to trim it down than end up with one that is too short. Even with having to cut it down, the installation process is easy; there are screw holes, just drill and screw into place.The material is heavy-duty, and it feels very durable. I have no doubt it will do the job and hold up well over time. It will look great in our doorway and help with not getting anything stuck in the gap or letting air through from our cellar.A great option if you need something sturdy and reliable to fix door gaps.

Just what I expected. Quality seems good.

This threshold is very strong, not thin and easy to damage like others I have installed. It is pricey but you get what you pay for and if you like well made products then you just have to pay for that quality.My package arrived with the mounting screws missing, the little bag that held them worked its way through the plastic packaging. The manufacturer should devise a better way to include that hardware.The vendor is excellent though and sent me a replacement immediately, now that’s great customer support, well done!If you want quality then this threshold is very nice, just make sure to check if the screws made it along with the threshold.
