We proudly offer free standard shipping orders over $25 to all of North America (U.S., Canada, and Mexico).
- Orders require 3–5 business days on average for processing before dispatch.
- Estimated delivery time is 7–10 business days, depending on your country or region.
- Please note: holidays, natural disasters, or pandemics may affect delivery times.
Pre-Orders & Back-Orders
- Items in stock will be shipped immediately.
- Pre-ordered or back-ordered items will be shipped as soon as they are available.
- If you receive part of your order, the remaining items will follow in a separate shipment.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email and/or text message (if you provided a phone number) with a tracking ID and link.

- Please allow 1–3 business days for tracking information to update.
Wrong Address Disclaimer
It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure that the shipping address entered is correct. We work quickly to process orders, so the window for corrections is very short.
