Please note: we require 3 to 5 business days on average to process and fulfill your order before dispatching it. Rest assured, we are doing everything in our power to ship your order as soon as possible.

Once dispatched, estimated delivery time is 7 to 10 business days, depending on your country or region.
Please consider that holidays, natural disasters, or pandemics may impact delivery times.

 

Pre-Orders & Back-Orders

If your order contains pre-ordered or back-ordered items:

  • We will immediately ship any items that are available.

  • Pre-ordered or back-ordered items will be shipped as soon as they become available.

So, if you ordered multiple items and only received part of your order, don’t worry — the remaining items will be shipped shortly after.

 

Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email and/or text message (if you provided a phone number) containing a tracking ID and link to track your package.
