Multiple Mounting Options

Regular Mounting

Mounted on the Pull Side of the Door. It involves attaching the door closer to the door and the arm is mounted on the top frame.

Top Jamb Mounting

Mounted on the Push Side of the Door. The top jamb mounting is a type of door closer installation where the closer is mounted on the top of the door frame, rather than on the door face.

Parallel mounting

Heavy duty

This thing is heavy duty - so much so, that I didn't think it would work for our home. But my husband decided to give it a try after finding our garage door open for the umpteenth time and it's doing the job. I wasn't keen on the idea of seeing this big blocky thing sitting on top of our door, but I've gotten used to it now. We got a black one and put it on a white door. Since then we've changed all the door hardware to black, so now it works better from a visual point of view. It looked easy enough to install with options for different setups. He adjusted the tension so that it would close quickly without slamming. Now that the garage door is reliably closing, we're looking at getting another for the front, where we have a glass transom so we'll have to fit it onto the door itself. With three mounting methods, it appears this will work on pretty much any door.

Solid build will last longer then my door

I have a large door in an old building that has never wanted to latch right. Now with this i don't have to worry about the wind blowing my door open. It's nice and sturdy, easy to install and keeps my door closed. Like I said it will probably last longer then my door.

Great to have for that door that has lots of people using but not mindful to close. This device gives closure (pardon the pun). Just make sure to follow instructions to know orientation of door opening to determine how best to mount.

Tired of people leaving doors open?

This is my third commercial door closer, and I’m really impressed with its performance. I installed it on my side garage door because my wife often forgets to shut it, and we ended up with a mouse problem. It’s heavy-duty, easy to install, and the adjustments are simple to make. The quality is top-notch, and it handles the weight of the door with no issues. While there are cheaper models for lighter doors, the price is totally justified for the durability and effectiveness of this closer.

Nice door closer

It came super fast, looks exactly as described and seem to be solid as well.
We have not yet installed it, but we love the way it looks and feel so far.
Will update my review if I have a complain in the future.
